Giftify operates a multi-vendor marketplace. Product listings are offered by independent sellers. We facilitate discovery, checkout, and support, but sellers remain responsible for product accuracy, quality, and fulfillment unless stated otherwise.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Prices are shown in PKR unless noted. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders may be cancelled if an item is unavailable, payment fails, or fraud risk is detected. Promotional codes are subject to stated conditions.

You may not misuse the platform, scrape data, post unlawful content, or interfere with other users. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giftify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from marketplace transactions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
