How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days within major cities after the seller ships. See Shipping for details.
Can I return a gift?
Unused items in original packaging can usually be returned within 7 days. Personalized and perishable gifts are exceptions. Returns policy.
How are sellers vetted?
Every store submits an application and is reviewed by Giftify admins before listing. Verified sellers maintain accurate details and meet quality and fulfillment standards.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash/EasyPaisa, and debit or credit card. Wallet and bank orders stay pending until Giftify marks them paid. Card checkout uses a secure Stripe payment page when card payments are enabled.
How do I become a seller?
Apply on the Become a Seller page. You’ll need store details and contact information; selling starts after approval.
